Advantages:

Удаленность,тишина, спокойно,

Disadvantages:

Дом большой, немного прохладный, в самих спальнях тепло, даже жарковато ночью. Есть бильярд но за ним не следят. Один кий (на троечку). Туалеты все на первом этаже, а спальни в основном на втором. Вещей много но все в основном для количества. Тв каналов мало. В основном все местные. И ещё не много раздражало постоянное присутствие хозяйки. Появлялась, когда ей нужно и без стука.
